📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular audits to check inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Work with the management team to develop and implement warehouse improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
