In this role, you will work closely with our business development team to ensure legal compliance and support our expansion into new markets. As a Business Development Legal Assistant at Filmore Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts. You will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to business development activities.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners and clients to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Support the business development team in securing new contracts and agreements.
Maintain and update legal databases and compliance records.
Provide legal advice and support to the business development team on regulatory matters.
Assist in preparing and presenting legal reports to senior management.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare and business laws that may impact our operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant business transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal or business development role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business and healthcare laws.
Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Certification in business law or healthcare regulations is a plus.
