Nusantara Insurance is looking for a dedicated Deputy Outlet Staff to join our team in Ngawi, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our insurance outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our branch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Support the sales team in processing insurance policies and claims.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information.,Assist in organizing and participating in promotional activities.,Support the outlet manager in managing staff schedules and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Support the outlet manager in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
