📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of export contracts.
• Monitor and report on export performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

• Provide excellent customer service to both Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or related fields.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
