Sehati Wati Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the health center, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for healthcare.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the health center, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the health center.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk management.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
