📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and troubleshoot network issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.,Understanding of IT security best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

🛠️ Keahlian
