Bidang Anggi Bakery is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including quality control and testing.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of laboratory equipment and processes.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities.,Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality.,Participate in product development and innovation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Certification in food safety and quality assurance is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
