📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance vessel efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and analyze maritime operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international and local maritime regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to the crew on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline maritime operations and improve overall performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in maritime operations.
• Report on operational performance and safety metrics to senior management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness for any maritime incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, including roles such as Chief Officer, Marine Supervisor, or similar.
• Certification in maritime safety and security, such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, or STCW.
• Proficient in using maritime software and tools, such as ECDIS, VTS, or fleet management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor the crew.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
