📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
