Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.Maintain a strong candidate database and network to support future recruitment needs.Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
