📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
