In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents as required.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
