We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Manager to lead our Capability Development team in the Community Mental Health and Intermediate Long-Term Care sectors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Capability Development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support to our clients.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the capabilities of our services and support teams.,Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with best practices and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of services and support teams, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure the alignment of capability development activities with the overall strategic goals of the organization.,Represent the organization at external forums and events, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or health sciences.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in community mental health and capability development, with a strong understanding of Intermediate Long-Term Care services.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on capability development and service improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance.,Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the community mental health and Intermediate Long-Term Care sectors.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for staff.,A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for improving the quality of services and support provided to clients.
