Bay Sun Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. As a Senior Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining the store's reputation for excellent service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and baking of pastries, breads, and desserts.,Ensure high-quality standards and consistency in product taste and appearance.,Manage and train junior staff in the pastry department.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
