📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for warehouse staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and regulations is a plus.
