📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist in managing customer data using our CRM system (HubSpot).
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently and promptly.
Collaborate with the SPV to improve customer service processes and protocols.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development of customer service materials and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the food or online platform industry.
Proficient in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
