📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
