📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure effectiveness.,Coordinate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to facilitate their learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
