📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
