Agung Dewi Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes. This role is crucial in supporting our health center's operations and ensuring the smooth distribution of medical supplies and equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain optimal stock levels.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory and supply chain processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
