In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and design personalized learning plans.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Analyze training data and provide insights to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
