Cab Cakaran Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR strategies.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR practices with organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and conduct regular audits to identify any areas of non-compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
