📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Coordinate and supervise the work of nursing staff and healthcare assistants.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous professional development and training.,Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Proven experience in managing and supervising nursing staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the nursing regulatory board.
