📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers to diversify our procurement portfolio.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize storage costs.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing goods.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
