📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market data and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
• Design and implement compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits.
• Conduct salary surveys and market research to inform compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams to ensure alignment between compensation practices and business goals.
• Monitor and adjust compensation programs to reflect changes in the market and organizational needs.
• Provide training and support to managers on compensation-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and program effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in using compensation software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in compensation analysis (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
