📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with a focus on pizza preparation and other menu items.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, stoves, and food processors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
