🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role
• Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
• Proficient in using HR software like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
