📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and machinery are running optimally.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure regular upkeep of all equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are fully equipped to handle any maintenance tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new methods and tools into the maintenance process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within the food processing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and preventive measures.
