📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product features, and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
- Use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
