📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement policies to ensure the quality and consistency of Airbnb's products and services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Ensure that policies are aligned with Airbnb's business goals and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on policy implementation and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that policies are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices in quality management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb's products and services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
