In this role, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of food safety and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation of daily specials and seasonal dishes.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve culinary skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with Balinese cuisine and international dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
